Jack Macioce, CPA

Jack Macioce serves as Chief Financial Officer of North Star Lodging & Development. Since joining the company in 2019, he has brought more than 15 years of experience in accounting, real estate development, asset management, and property operations. His professional background includes public accounting as well as finance and accounting leadership roles with a large regional real estate development and management company.
As CFO, Jack oversees the financial management of North Star Lodging and its portfolio of managed hotels. His responsibilities include treasury management, financial reporting, internal controls, human resources, and operational support. He has played a key role in scaling the company’s accounting and financial infrastructure through the strategic use of technology, process improvement, and industry partnerships, enabling the organization to support continued growth while maintaining strong financial controls.
Jack works closely with partners, investors, and lenders on acquisitions, development underwriting, feasibility analysis, and financing initiatives. His expertise spans hospitality finance, real estate development, capital planning, debt management, compliance, and risk oversight. Through a collaborative approach and data-driven decision-making, he helps evaluate opportunities and support the long-term success of the company’s projects and investments.
Jack earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Information Technology from Duquesne University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is an active member of Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP).
Jack combines financial discipline with a strategic, growth-oriented perspective, helping guide North Star Lodging’s continued expansion while maintaining a focus on operational excellence, financial stewardship, and long-term value creation. Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, and the family can often be found boating together and enjoying the outdoors.
